TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Upon receipt of payment, it will be deemed that you have accepted these terms and conditions.
A deposit of £100.00 per week is required with your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday. For first time guests a seperate cheque for £100.00 as a housekeeping bond is required along with the balance. This will be returned to you after your holiday when the cottage is left in a clean and tidy condition.
For bookings made 6 weeks of the holiday start the full amount is required.
If you have to cancel your holiday, please notify me as soon as possible and we will try to re-let the cottage for you. If we succeed the amount I receive will be refunded to you up to the total amount paid.
OTHER INFORMATION
Your cottage will be available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival.
Please vacate by 10.00am on departure.
Bed linen is provided and towels and all beds made up.
Please bring your own towels and tea towels for Rowling End The Annexe.
All heating and electricity is included. Logs are provided for Rowling End main house.
All cottages are non smoking.
A travel cot is available on request.
Dogs are welcome at a charge of £20.00 per week and £10.00 for a short break. Guests bringing dogs must take full responsibility for their pets.
