 FRIDAY TO FRIDAY BOOKINGS

 

 

Rowling End Farm The Annexe, is a two bedroomed property set in the Newlands Valley, near Keswick in the northern Lake District.  It is a beautiful park of the Lakes District.  There is much to see and do in the area including walking, cycling and water sports in addition to many interesting places to visit.  The market town of Keswick is less than 10 minute drive away and has plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants and entertainment including leisure pool, cinema and theatre by the lake.

Guests are able to enjoy the peaceful grounds in which the property is set and which are home to deer and red squirrels. There are 3 properties in the grounds. There is easy access straight onto the fells. There is a picnic bench on the terrace, for you to enjoy the views.

 

 

The Accommodation

  • The property can accommodate up to 5 people,
  • The front door goes straight in to the kitchen which is fully fitted with hob/oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.
  • 2 shower rooms with walk in showers, toilets and basins.
  • 1 bedroom is a super king bed and there are 3 single beds in the other bedroom.
  • Heated by storage heaters (in with the price).
  • Large lounge on the second floor with great views, TV & DVD recorder,  also freesat tv.
  • Off road private parking.
  • An access statement is available upon request.
  • Qualilty Cumbria inspected
  • Direct access straight onto the fells

 

Prices

The price varies from £325.00 per week off season to £550.00 per week peak season. (please call for more prices)

BOOKING INFORMATION FOR 2 ROWLING END FARM

 

The property is booked from Friday to Friday.

 

A deposit of £100.00 per week is required with your booking form, the remainder is due 6 weeks before your holiday with a £50.00 good housekeeping bond which is returned to you after your holiday (we do not cash this cheque in we just keep hold of it).  For bookings made within 6 weeks of the holiday the full amount will be due.

 

Dogs are £20.00 per week.

 

The property will be available from 4.00pm

 

You need to vacate the property by 11.00am on departure leave keys in the main door.

 

All heating and electricity is included, bed linen also provided, NOT TOWELS.
